Cancellation & Refund Condition

30 days or more before arrival ( 100% refund of the payment received, with no cancellation charges )

15–29 days before arrival ( 75% refund of the payment received. 25% will be retained as a cancellation charge )

7–14 days before arrival ( 50% refund of the payment received. 50% will be retained as a cancellation charge )

Less than 7 days before arrival / No-show ( No refund. 100% of the payment will be retained )

The applicable refund shall be calculated based on the date the cancellation is received.

Refund Processing:

Any approved refund shall be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
